Sunningdale
Sunningdale is a security housing complex situated in Eversdal. It consists of 42 free standing face brick units. It was originally planned by a prominent Cape Town property developer but due to incorrect planning the original project failed to sell when launched and was eventually on-sold to McCarthy van der Weijde. After redesigning the end product to suite the market the homes were all sold and constructed successfully.

De Tiger Estate is situated in De Tyger, Parow in the bowl of a disused quarry. The project was taken over from Good Hope Bank after the original developer was liquidated.
The revival of the project took some innovative planning and redesign to provide a range of house types that were marketable. After making the necessary changes all the homes were successfully constructed and sold.
